My buddy Aaron Adams took this image while I was teaching at the beautiful Joe wheeler State Park in northern Alabama. I performed a two day class on rebranding which included everything from your online presence to the paperwork you were handing your clients. I have talked all around the country over the last 10 years and this class might as well be one of the most important discussions yet. I have several friends in this group that I have made throughout the years and we were all happy to be in each other's company learning something new. Last Saturday on October 1, GK photography turned 22 years young. I didn't blast it on Facebook, I didn't talk about it on Instagram, I just had another normal day like everyone else and thought of many ways on growing the business even more. You see having a successful business means you are never holding still long enough to slip behind your industry's growth. While you're constantly paying attention to what your competitors are doing it actually has nothing to do with the branding of your own business. If you are comfortable in knowing why your clients are coming to you then rebranding is easy. If you do not understand what your "why" is then you may have a lot of work in front of you. I believe all artists have moments of greatness throughout their career. When somebody asks, "Who is the best in town?", I am always weary on the answer since I am thinking in my head who delivers those moments of greatness on a daily basis. The following link is to understand your "WHY".
